سياسة الشحن والتوصيل

تكلفة الشحن ومدة التوصيل

بنوصل داخل مصر. تكلفة الشحن والإجمالي النهائي بيظهروا في صفحة الدفع قبل ما تأكد الأوردر.

مدة التوصيل التقديرية من ٣ إلى ٥ أيام عمل بعد تسليم الشحنة للمندوب. المدة تقديرية، وبتبدأ من تسليم الشحنة لشركة الشحن، مش من وقت تسجيل الأوردر.

تأكيد الأوردر قبل الشحن

فريق JAZMA بيتواصل معاك على واتساب لتأكيد الأوردر والعنوان وتوفر المنتجات قبل تسليم الشحنة للمندوب. لو محتاج تعدّل بياناتك، تواصل معانا قبل الشحن.

الدفع عند الاستلام

الدفع المتاح حاليًا كاش للمندوب عند الاستلام. مفيش مصاريف إضافية على إجمالي الأوردر والشحن الظاهرين في صفحة الدفع. جهّز المبلغ بالظبط لو تقدر لتسهيل التسليم.

تفاصيل المكان وتتبع الشحنة

تقدر تضيف رابط خريطة وتعليمات توصيل اختياريًا. بنحفظهم مع تفاصيل الأوردر عشان فريق JAZMA يراجعهم وهو بيرتب التوصيل. كتابة العنوان كاملًا ورقم التواصل تفضل أساسية للتوصيل.

بعد إنشاء الشحنة وتوفر بيانات التتبع، بنشارك معاك المعلومات المتاحة. ممكن توصلك تحديثات من شركة الشحن حسب الخدمة المتاحة.

لو تعذّر التسليم

المندوب بيحاول يتواصل معاك. لو تعذّر الوصول ليك بعد محاولات التوصيل، الشحنة بترجعلنا والأوردر بيتلغي، من غير أي رسوم عليك.

Shipping and delivery policy

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

We deliver within Egypt. Your shipping charge and final total are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days after the parcel is handed to the courier. This is an estimate measured from courier handoff, not from the time you place your order.

Order confirmation before dispatch

The JAZMA team contacts you on WhatsApp to confirm your order, delivery address and stock availability before handing the parcel to the courier. Please contact us before dispatch if you need to change your details.

Cash on delivery

Payment is currently cash to the courier on delivery. There are no additional charges beyond the order and shipping total shown at checkout. Having the exact amount ready helps with delivery.

Location details and tracking

You can optionally add a map link and delivery instructions. We save them with your order for JAZMA to review when arranging delivery. A complete written address and contact number remain essential.

Once a shipment has been created and tracking details are available, we share the available information with you. You may also receive carrier updates where the service is available.

If delivery cannot be completed

The courier will try to contact you. If you cannot be reached after delivery attempts, the parcel is returned to us and the order is cancelled, with no fee charged to you.

Exchanges and returns

If the size does not fit, we exchange it and cover half the shipping. Your rights and the full exchange and return details are set out in our refund policy.
